Photography Tricks – Unsplash Photography
A great photography trick that many amateurs have been trying to perfect is the unsplash technique. With a normal camera, you can snap a photo of an object in the scene with the flash on, turning the image into a white flash on the camera screen. You’ve now just changed one of the elements of your photo, but your image still lacks any color or depth of field.
This is where forced perspective photography comes in. Forced perspective photography tricks can help you make your subject appear larger or smaller to the camera lens. For example, if you are taking a picture of a child swinging in a playground, you don’t want the background to be in focus as the child appears very close to the lens. Instead, you’ll need to add a little distance between the child and the lens, making it appear larger than it really is.
Another photography trick that amateur photographers use is to change their shutter speed during a shooting session. Some photographers think that the slower shutter speed will produce a clearer image, but in actuality, it makes the background blurrier and causes the whole image to become darker. On a bright day, with a slow shutter speed, you’ll be able to see all the details of a distant subject, such as a flower bud.
